Subsidised Dialysis Centre
Iqraa introduced subsidised dialysis in Kerala in 2006 and currently the cost of a single dialysis is INR 1200 in Iqraa hospital while others in the field charge around INR 1700. More than 8000 dialysis are performed a month in our dialysis units and peripheral centres and the majority of the patients undergoing dialysis are from poor financial backgrounds. We have provided a discount of
₹ 5,08,96,500
for 101793 dialysis in 2024.
Iqraa gives assistance to poor patients for further care with the help of multiple charity schemes. We also have extended helping hands for the dialysis and transplant patients, not only for the pa-tients of Iqraa hospital,
but for all the poor patients of the region by starting special scheme, named ASHRAYA Health card.
